Estate Services
This service is aimed at owners who have a legal responsibility within their Title Deeds to the cost of maintained open areas or common repairs within the estate where they live. We currently carry out estate management services (in which we administer landscape maintenance work and common repairs) for around 1200 owner occupiers in estates in and around Kilmarnock. We use a professional landscaping company to maintain the areas and a qualified landscape architect to provide professional advice. The residents receive a top class service at a competitive cost.
