We factor several blocks of flats including Barclay House in Kilmarnock.

Typically, in our role as factor, we will inspect closes and common areas, identifying and ordering common repairs and recovering the costs from owners.  Atrium will also arrange buildings insurance for the properties as part of its role as factor. We achieve significant discounts for property owners through our bulk policy which applies to the factored building as a whole, the premium for which is charged to the owners on a pro-rata basis.
