We take the hard work out of the buy to let market by dealing with all aspects of management from advertising, selecting and vetting the tenant, to property repair and rent collection.

Our costs are fully transparent.  After an introductory registration fee to cover costs relating to set-up administration  and advertising on our own website, your only other potential cost is external advertising, if you elect to use it.   During the course of a tenancy we levy a percentage fee for our services with the rest of the rent collected forwarded to the landlord within a few days of receipt.
