Our service is designed to allow the small private landlord to maximise financial return from their property investments, whilst enjoying complete peace of mind.

We take the hard work out of the buy to let market by dealing with all aspects of management from advertising, selecting and vetting the tenant, to property repair and rent collection.

Our costs are fully transparent and based ona percentage of he rental charge.  They cover advertising on Rightmove and our shop window and our set-up administration  costs.  Your only other potential cost is external advertising, if you elect to use it.   

We will deduct our initial fee from the first month's rent and a lesser management fee for our ongoing services from each monthly rent payment, with the rest of the rent collected forwarded to the landlord within a few days of receipt.
