As well as providing property management services, Atrium Initiatives also has a number of properties within its portfolio which it manages on behalf of its clients.  These properties are available for let, either furnished or un-furnished, for periods from one or two months to indefinitely.

In renting a property from Atrium Initiatives, you can be assured of a first class service from an professional organisation. 

• We utilise Assured or Short Assured Tenancy Agreements which clearly set out the rights and responsilibities of both parties. 
• We also ensure that the properties we let are in excellent condition at the start of every tenancy and well maintained throughout.  This includes PAT checks on electrical equipment and gas safety certificates on boilers, fires and cookers/hobs.
• As a tenant, you will be able to access our emergency repairs contractor 24/7, should the need arise.
